AI Stock Analysis Robot Terms of Service

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms of Service ("Terms") set forth the terms and conditions for using the AI Stock Analysis Robot Service ("Service") provided by AI Analytics Corporation ("Company"). All registered users ("Users") shall use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Article 2 (User Registration)

User registration is completed when a prospective user applies for registration using the method specified by the Company and the Company approves such application. The Company may refuse registration applications from applicants if it determines that any of the following reasons apply, and shall have no obligation to disclose the reasons for such refusal.

• When false information is provided in the registration application
• When the application is from a person who has previously violated these Terms
• When the Company determines that registration is inappropriate

Article 3 (Management of User ID and Password)

Users shall appropriately manage their Service user ID and password at their own responsibility. Users may not transfer or lend their user ID and password to third parties or share them with third parties under any circumstances.

Article 4 (Prohibited Acts)

Users may not engage in the following acts when using the Service:

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
• Acts related to criminal activities
• Acts that infringe intellectual property rights including copyrights and trademarks contained in the Service
• Acts that destroy or interfere with servers or networks of the Company, other users, or third parties
• Commercial use of information obtained through the Service
• Acts that may interfere with the operation of the Company's services
• Unauthorized access or attempts to do so
• Collecting or accumulating personal information about other users
• Using the Service for fraudulent purposes
• Acts that directly or indirectly provide benefits to antisocial forces
• Other acts deemed inappropriate by the Company

Article 5 (Suspension of Service Provision)

The Company may suspend or discontinue all or part of the Service without prior notice to users if it determines that any of the following reasons apply:

• When performing maintenance or updates to computer systems related to the Service
• When provision of the Service becomes difficult due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fires, power outages, or natural disasters
• When computers or communication lines stop due to accidents
• When the Company determines that provision of the Service is difficult

Article 6 (Usage Restrictions and Registration Deletion)

The Company may restrict all or part of a user's use of the Service or delete the user's registration without prior notice if the user falls under any of the following:

• When any provision of these Terms is violated
• When false information is found in registration details
• When there is non-payment of fees or other payment obligations
• When there is no response to communications from the Company for a certain period
• When the Service has not been used for a certain period since last use
• When the Company determines that use of the Service is inappropriate

Article 7 (Withdrawal)

Users may withdraw from the Service through withdrawal procedures specified by the Company.

Article 8 (Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability)

The Company does not expressly or impliedly warrant that the Service is free of actual or legal defects (including defects related to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, security, errors or bugs, rights infringement, etc.).

The Company assumes no responsibility for any damages caused to users arising from the Service. However, this disclaimer does not apply when the contract between the Company and users regarding this Service (including these Terms) constitutes a consumer contract as defined by the Consumer Contract Act.

Article 9 (Service Changes)

The Company may change the content of the Service or discontinue the provision of the Service without notice to users, and assumes no responsibility for any damages caused to users thereby.

Article 10 (Changes to Terms)

The Company may change these Terms without individual consent from users in the following cases:

• When the change to these Terms conforms to users' general interests.
• When the change to these Terms does not contradict the purpose of the Service usage contract and is reasonable in light of the necessity of the change, appropriateness of the content after the change, and other circumstances related to the change.

Article 11 (Personal Information Handling)

The Company shall appropriately handle personal information acquired through the use of this Service in accordance with the Company's "Privacy Policy".

Article 12 (Notices and Communications)

Notices or communications between users and the Company shall be made by methods specified by the Company. The Company shall consider currently registered contact information as valid unless the Company receives a change notification from the user in accordance with separately specified methods, and shall send notices or communications to such contact information, which shall be deemed to have reached the user at the time of transmission.

Article 13 (Prohibition of Transfer of Rights and Obligations)

Users may not transfer their status under the usage contract or rights or obligations under these Terms to third parties or use them as collateral without prior written consent from the Company.

Article 14 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by U.S. law. Any disputes arising from this Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New York courts.
